commissioning engineers
responsibility:
1. Product production commissioning and pre-sale, after-sales service
2. Able to independently complete the robot system research and development;
3. Responsible for industrial robot programming and debugging;
4. Responsible for site support, troubleshooting and site training;
5. In charge of serial manipulator industrial robot motion control algorithm and software development.
6. According to software engineering requirements to organize the development of software;
7. Complete the related project technical plan, document preparation, software unit testing;
8. Participate in the debugging and testing of robot system.
requirements:
1. College degree or above, majored in mechatronics, electrical automation or related;
2. In the non-standard automation system, the industrial robot integrated application project program design, installation and debugging must have more than 2 years of rich practical experience;
3. Familiar with industrial robot hardware and software system, familiar with motion control system design, programming, debugging;
4. With ABB,KUKA,Fanuc, Yanchuan, there are at least two kinds of robot proficient in operation. Familiar with NACHI is preferred.
5. Familiar with PLC programming and robot programming instructions and advanced programming, familiar with a variety of mechanical structures and motion drive (including servo drive, cylinder drive, hydraulic drive, etc.) have a deep understanding;
6. It can optimize the design of electrical control in the application of robot integration, and give some suggestions for the selection of components.
7.Service from superior arrangement and accept travel, strong pressure resistance; proficient in the use of CAD and computer office software, meeting the above requirements will use any of the Solidworks or PRO/e,UG or other three-dimensional software preferred.
mechanical engineer
responsibility:
1. Complete the design of mechanical structure, mechanical components and scheme (including pneumatic loop) of non-standard automation equipment according to project requirements.
2. Estimate the design cost and manufacturing cost of non-standard equipment and select the components used in the equipment.
3. Non-standard equipment assembly drawing, part drawing, participate in the quality tracking of product processing.
4. Cooperate with electrical engineer to complete design and manufacture; conduct technical guidance, coordination and communication during commissioning process.
requirements
1. Major in mechanical manufacturing, college degree or above, good English;
2. Proficient in AUTOCAD,Solidworks;
3. 1-3 years relevant design experience (non-standard mechanical design related);
4. Familiar with the principle of machinery, familiar with machining technology, proficient in computer aided design;
5. Responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, have a good spirit of innovation and team work;
6. Familiar with pneumatic loop design and main components supplier's products;
7. Experience in automotive industry non-standard equipment is preferred.
8. Good self-learning ability and work attitude, and can work independently under certain pressure.
electrical engineer
responsibility:
1. Electrical design, commissioning and field operation of non-standard automation equipment.
2. Estimate the design cost and manufacturing cost of the electrical part of the non-standard equipment, and select the components used in the equipment.
3. Drawing of electrical drawings for non-standard equipment.
4. Work with mechanical engineer to complete design, transformation and technical guidance, coordination and communication on site.
requirement:
1. Major in electrical, automation, college or above, good English;
2. At least 3 years related design experience (electrical related to non-standard equipment)
3. Familiar with any mainstream brand PLC programming (Mitsubishi, Siemens, AB,GE-FANUC), had better use Siemens-300 series;
4. Familiar with EPLAN electrical drawing software.
5. Good self-learning ability and work attitude, and can work independently under certain pressure.
